I just really hope that I’m not going to pass out at work today considering I have to wear black pants, my Doc Martens, an undershirt, a long-sleeved button down shirt and an apron.

With enough exercise it'll boost your confidence and you will see results! just don't overdo it too much at once or push yourself too hard. take everything...

You shouldn't feel the need to shame yourself, especially on the internet. I hope this helps you because it's sad to read that you feel this way about yourself. So tomorrow morning I want to get on the treadmill and also clean my room and I’m already depressed knowing that I’m probably going to just clean my room and sleep in and not exercise.

I honestly don’t understand when I got so fat and why I would even let that happen. It keeps me up at night. It makes no sense. I got so disgusting.
