I see you post a lot of pictures of models and whether or not you think that influences you, it probably does. but the majority of them have some sort of eating disorder. they are so much more unhealthy than you. With enough exercise it'll boost your confidence and you will see results! just don't overdo it too much at once or push yourself too hard. take everything...

You shouldn't feel the need to shame yourself, especially on the internet. I hope this helps you because it's sad to read that you feel this way about yourself. So tomorrow morning I want to get on the treadmill and also clean my room and I’m already depressed knowing that I’m probably going to just clean my room and sleep in and not exercise. Despite the fact that I am literally mentally in pain over the state of my body.
